Pick Your Own Fruit at Frecon's

Every year we open our orchard to families and friends to get outside and reconnect with their food. People from all over visit the farm to enjoy a stroll through our orchard, hand-picking their next snack directly from the tree, bush, or vine. Varieties of cherries, apples, pears, pumpkins, and raspberries are all available as they ripen and there is no better way to get the freshest, highest quality fruit at the lowest prices.

We now accept credit cards at the pick-your-own check-out stand.

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN THE ORCHARD. This is for everyone's safety and sanity!

Cherry Varieties: tart cherries HAVE ALL BEEN PICKED!

Apple Varieties:  (in order of availability) McIntosh, Cortland, Gala, Jonathan, Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Rome, Stayman Winesap, Granny Smith and Fuji.

Pear Varieties: Bartlett, Red Barlett, Canal Red, Bosc and more! Our pear crop on 2011 is HUGE!

Call Ahead!! If the skies are grey, you may want to call ahead (610-367-6200) to ensure weather has permitted operations for that day!

Prices: Apples are $0.80 per pound and pumpkins are $0.59 per pound. Raspberries are $4.00 per pound.

Hours of operation: Saturdays from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Sundays from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday in September and October.
